All eligible items are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
  • Damage incurred during shipping

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper care
  • Accidental damage such as drops, impacts, or water damage
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Items returned with clear signs of use beyond inspection
  • Final sale or clearance items, where stated on the product page

These issues are not classified as quality defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your warranty claim is approved, one of the following solutions will be offered:

  • Free replacement (same item, subject to availability)
  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for a future purchase

All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims are fully covered by Ramessia.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
